The Parkroyal Hotel project consisted of a major refurbishment of the Guest Rooms / Lobby and Public spaces of this 4 star Hotel
The project was carried out in stages commencing with the Guest rooms as Stage 1 There where several Guest Room layouts primarily typical King Rooms / Double Doubles and King corner mini suites
A new corporate look was implemented including paint colour / carpet / seating / credenza with mobile table and included the retention of the existing bedhead/bedsidetables&sidetable The wet area was refurbished converting the shower / bath to shower in the king rooms
Stage two included the Ground Floor and Mezzanine Public Spaces and Back Office refurbishment
Stage 2
Ground Floor consisted of a Bar / Reception / New function Room and Pre function area A new feature screen incorporating the spirits was added together with new lighting and full length drapery
The Reception desk location was retained however the desk was broken down into three greeting / reception pods
Stage two also included the Ground Floor and Mezzanine Public Spaces and Back Office refurbishment
Mezzanine consisted of Restaurant / Kitchen / Pre function area and Back Office
The Restaurant seating planning primarily remained as existing however the buffet area has been re planned with the addition of a Chef Station and new chilled bar
Feature lighting has been installed to the lower ceiling area over the dining room with fretwork screens to the walls as a part of the new theming
