The Bowery 475

In 2013 IDC was commissioned to design a new Hastings Street fashion store

The brief was to design a unique retail setting that supported and enhanced the exciting new and established Designer Fashion labels therefore setting The Bowery 475 apart from the already established retail stores adjacent

The palette is soft | warm | understated & welcoming with a slight mid-century aesthetic  though the use of concrete breeze block screen wall and the leather Butter Fly chair at the entry

A series of stainless steel rails weave their way through the retail space enabling the client to set up ever changing | dynamic retail displays

Two 1200 high hero Lightfittings seem to hover over the central display tables adding visual excitement as they pierce through the ceiling over
